Before embarking on my journey towards becoming a therapist, I spent more than a decade as an educator, artist, and community builder. I am also a mother and partner, roles that have deeply shaped how I understand relationships, care, growth, and the many ways we change alongside one another. With a bachelor's degree in Art Therapy and a master's degree in Education, much of my work has centered around creating spaces where people can learn, connect, explore, and feel more fully themselves. Over the years, I became increasingly interested in what people carry beneath the surface, their stories, relationships, identities, losses, and the experiences that shape how they move through the world.

That curiosity eventually led me to therapy.

I’m currently a therapist-in-training working with teens and adults navigating grief, anxiety, relationship challenges, questions of self and belonging, and life's many transitions.

I'm especially drawn to the in-between seasons of life, the liminal moments when something familiar is ending, something new hasn't quite begun, and you're left wondering who you are becoming.

I don't believe therapy is about fixing people. I believe it's about slowing down, becoming curious, and understanding yourself with greater compassion. Together, we'll explore the stories, relationships, and experiences that have shaped you while making room for new possibilities. My hope is that therapy feels like a place where you don't have to perform, have everything figured out, or leave parts of yourself at the door.

My background as an artist continues to shape how I understand healing. While art isn't something clients need to use in therapy, it has taught me that growth is rarely linear, that creativity can reveal things words sometimes can't, and that some of life's deepest questions are meant to be explored rather than answered. I welcome conversations around spirituality, faith, doubt, meaning, and the existential questions that often emerge in life's in-between spaces.

There may not always be a clear answer or a straight path forward. Together, we can notice what keeps asking for your attention and gently follow the threads from there.

Ready to see if we are a good match?

I offer a free 15-minute phone consultation, a chance for you to share a little about what’s bringing you to therapy, ask any questions you might have, and get a sense of what it might feel like to work together. There’s no pressure or commitment; just a brief conversation to see if it feels like a good fit.

I’ll follow up to find a time that works for us both.
